This is just a glimpse of this scenic canal, still uncrowded, even at the height of the season and not forgetting the canalside pubs offering food and drink with the renowned northern hospitality, and at prices that are down to earth as well.

Short Breaks
These are available as 3 or 4 nights. Bookings for these breaks taken at any time during the season.

Bookings
These can be made by telephone and we will hold them for four days pending receipt of the completed booking form together with the deposit. We now accept credit and debit cards.

Pets
Any usual household pet will be welcome, but please, we do expect them to be kept off the bedding and upholstery.

Bedding
Duvet(s) and bottom sheets are provided together with pillows and pillow cases. Sleeping bags with liners are also available.

Equipment,
All the necessary cooking utensils, crockery and cutlery, tea towels and table mats are provided. Buoyancy aids are available on request.

Mobile Phones & Camcorders
All our boats are fitted with a cigar lighter socket similar to a car for the purpose of charging your equipment.

Bicycles
Due to operational purpose we CANNOT allow bicycles on board our boats.

Diesel, Gas & Coal
These are included in the hire fee.

Arrival
Please do not arrive too early. As you will appreciate we are very busy preparing the boats and making sure everything is right for you. Thank you.

Directions
We are situated some four miles from junction 31 of the M6 and detailed directions will be sent with the acknowledgement of your booking. See Map.

You may wish to visit us before your holiday so that we can show you around one of the boats and to reassure you of their quality and how easy it is to handle them.
