canal boat holiday is the perfect way to unwind from the pressures of the
modern day world. You travel at 2 to 3 miles per hour in your floating cottage
through the English countryside with just the occasional glimpse of
civilisation, secluded but not isolated. |

We
are located in Preston, close to the main rail and bus stations. From our
base at Ashton Basin, you have the whole length of the canal to cruise on
our modern narrowboats. The boats are fully carpeted and heating is provided
by either a solid fuel stove or central heating. |

Facilities
on board include hot and cold water, full size cooker, electric fridge,
pump-out flushing toilet and a shower and vanity unit.
For your entertainment a colour TV along with a fitted radio-CD
player are also provided. |

All
our craft are powered by quiet, maintenance free diesel engines and are
easily handled. Nevertheless, we still give comprehensive tuition, making
it ideal for the first timer. |
